TextI hope you'll take the time to read these lines. It's hard for me to put it all into words, but I wanted to at least try. I've thought about us a lot since we broke up - the good times, but also the decisions that brought us here. I'm sorry that I hurt you. It was never my intention to hurt you. I decided to go abroad back then because I thought it would be best for both of us. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do you justice because I would be so far away physically and emotionally. But now I often ask myself whether I did the right thing. Please believe me, you are still incredibly important to me and I wish you nothing but the best from the bottom of my heart. I hope that one day you will find someone who can give you the love and closeness you deserve - even if I didn't manage that. Thank you for everything you have given me.
